David Anthony Kirk, 20, and Jack Ryan Smith, 26, allegedly attacked the woman last Friday after during a bash at a party house for the University of Central Florida’s Alpha Tau Omega fraternity.
According to the Sun Sentinel, the woman told sheriff’s deputies that she remembered waking up in a bedroom, lying on her stomach on a queen-sized bed. She said Smith was raping her while Kirk forced her to perform oral sex. Moments later the woman said she heard one of the men shouting ‘My turn, my turn,’ before they switched positions as she sobbed. She said the alleged sex attack left her in shocked and numb.

The woman told deputies she was blackout drunk after drinking vodka and flavored water on the way to the party, and green apple shaved ice infused with the same spirit when she got to the party. She said she had spent much of the evening by an outdoor fire pit, where she talked to Kirk and Smith, and that the alcohol made her stumble, slur her words and forget all but ‘snapshots’ of the night. The woman said she next remembered sitting on a bathroom floor across the hallway from the bedroom where the alleged attack took place. She called friends for help and went home, before going to the Florida Hospital East Orlando the next day. Kirk, a junior pre-marketing major, and Smith, a sophomore pre-business major, were arrested Saturday and charged with sexual battery.

The ATO fraternity said it ‘supports the woman alleging sexual assault.’ It distanced itself from the party where the attack reportedly happened, and said only 10 of the 250 people there were fraternity members. Its statement added: ‘The party was not planned or coordinated by the chapter, was not sponsored by the chapter, was not sanctioned or promoted by the chapter.
