37-year-old pedophile ‘dad’ has been accused of more than 900 counts of rape and violent sex acts against children for whom he was the legal guardian. Most of these girls were less than 13 years of age and it is claimed that he treated them as his ‘personal harem’ or ‘sex slaves’. Viktor Lishavsky was arrested last year for abusing five school girls for whom he was the foster father and now more gory details of his alleged crime has come to the light. The man is claimed to be the worst pedophile ever in Russia or probably the world. Viktor ran a shoe repair shop in the day and at night he would exploit teenage girls who lived under his care. This went on for five years until one girl complained about the man to her teacher who in turn informed the police.
On investigation several girls from his foster family confessed how he would take them to a flat one-by-one and sexually exploited them. In the police charge sheet, the man is accused of 248 rapes and 358 cases of violent sex acts, all against girls below 13.
Apart from this he is charged with 22 violent acts of sexual nature against girls under the age of 14 and 11 other brutal sex acts in which he threatened to kill the victims. He has also been charged with several cases of torturing the girls.
He is accused of another 122 crimes of sexual nature with the use of violence and 151 cases of sexual intercourse taking advantage of the helpless state of the victims between the age of 14 to 17.
Viktor and his wife Olga have three kids of their own and they have fostered 9 other orphans. The accused got a compensation of around Rs 22,000 every month to raise the kids. He rented a flat with the money where he would rape the girls every other day or every third day.
The accused was viewed as an ‘ideal foster father’ in the region He had regularly cleared inspections by the social service organisations and had also appeared on the local television for the way he raised his foster children. No charges have been brought up against his wife. All the victims have been sent back to the orphanage from where they were brought.
